Impact Health MD — AI-powered. Physician-led.

Product preview — simulated care, no real transactions.

Product tour

One clinical operating system, seen from every seat.

Every link below opens the real product route — not a mock-up of one. Choose a seat to follow the work end to end, or open the feature explorer to see what is built, what is simulated behind a vendor boundary, and what is still a design preview.

Start a walkthrough scenario

Both scenarios open the real patient flow with typed fixture data. Nothing is charged, prescribed, ordered or sent.

There is no scenario reset control. Starting a scenario opens a new intake session; it does not roll back records created earlier in the walkthrough. Coverage results come from a mock clearinghouse adapter, so nothing here means a plan was verified.

Reference screens

30 of 30 supplied reference layouts are rebuilt as real pages. Built does not mean connected — every screen still shows honest states for anything that is not wired up.

Choose a seat

The licensed reviewer who makes every decision

Open a linked synthetic encounter straight from this page — no hunting for an id. Persistent patient context on the left, the assisted draft in the middle, review and signing always in reach. Signed notes are immutable; corrections are amendments. Signing is a product-preview simulation.

These are navigation shortcuts only. They do not sign anyone in or grant a role.

Open the linked clinician workspace

Starting a scenario above opens a fresh intake session in presentation state, which cannot produce a server-linked encounter on its own. These two buttons open existing fixture encounters instead — no id is invented and nothing is renamed to fake continuity. Insurance and self-pay use the same Encounter model.

Fixture-backed encounter. Signing here is a product-preview simulation, never a real clinical signature.

Feature explorer

Fifteen capability families plus the AI Workforce, keyed to the competitive registry. Status is stated honestly per family: built on synthetic data, interactive simulation behind a vendor boundary, or a design preview that is not built.

Full feature registry

All 345 accepted requirements, each listed once under its family. Opening a row either takes you to the real screen that shows it, or shows exactly what is proposed and which connection is still missing. Nothing here is marked working unless it is.
